Effectively managing Type 2 Diabetes is essentially a three step process:
- Maintaining a healthy lifestyle with regular food timings, limited sugar intake and regular exercise.
- Taking proper medication which does NOT cause side effects over the long term.
- Regular monitoring of glucose and Hba1c levels as a precaution (Every 4-6 weeks if stable)
Diadoma and Acidim are FDA Approved Herbal Medicines by Grocare that help maintain glucose levels without any side effects over the long term.
Majority health practitioners prescribe the drug Metformin to regulate glucose levels. However, over 60% people who consume it face severe side effects such as:
- Kidney disease
- Stomach problems
- Hyperacidity
- Low blood glucose
- Constant need to change medication
- Need to increase dosage overtime to maintain glucose levels
Despite the side effects, glucose levels are NOT stable in over half of the cases.
Grocare offers a natural solution for managing diabetes, without the side effects.
Diadoma and Acidim together work extensively on the symptoms of diabetes and thwarts the disease from getting the better of you. Their action is three fold:
- They exercise superior control over blood glucose by stimulating the Beta cells in the pancreas and thus regulating insulin production.
- They also aid in reducing insulin resistance of the cells overtime.
- They help increase absorption of glucose in the cells thereby naturally regulating glucose levels.
Thus, they maintain the equilibrium of all vital organs putting an effective restraint on the disease without any side effects.
Diadoma and Acidim together balance the pH, regulate the function of the pancreas and liver, restore the insulin secretion function and thus help to control blood glucose levels. This greatly reduces the chance of hypo/ hyperglycemic episodes. Currently over 5000 people worldwide successfully use Grocare to manage their glucose levels naturally.

What is Diabetes?
Diabetes is a group of diseases that have to do with how your body uses glucose, or blood sugar. Glucose is important to your body as it is your brain’s main source of fuel. Glucose also gives energy to the cells that make up your muscles and tissues.
No matter what type of diabetes you have, it means that you have too much glucose in your blood.
This is a major problem as it can lead to serious health issues.
Two of the chronic diabetes conditions are type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes. Two types of diabetes that are potentially reversible are prediabetes and gestational diabetes.
Prediabetes is when your blood sugar levels are high, but they aren’t yet high enough to be considered diabetes. Gestational diabetes happens during pregnancy but may go away completely after the baby is born.
Signs and Symptoms of Diabetes
Symptoms of diabetes vary depending on what type you have and how much your blood sugar is elevated. For those with prediabetes, there may be no symptoms at all.
Some of the symptoms of the early stages of type 1 and type 2 diabetes are:
- Increased thirst
- Frequent urination
- Fatigue
- Irritability
- Blurry vision
- Slow-healing wounds or sores
- Frequent infections
Some of the symptoms of later stages of type 1 or type 2 diabetes are:
- Extreme fatigue
- Constant hunger
- Excessive thirst
- Tingling, pain, or numbness in the hands or feet
It is important to note that type 1 diabetes usually develops in childhood or adolescence. Type 2 diabetes can develop at any age, but is usually seen in people over 40.
Cause of Type 2 Diabetes and Prediabetes
While there is no single cause of diabetes, there are many different risk factors that can lead to the various types. Before you can understand the cause, you must first understand how glucose in your body works.
Insulin is a hormone that is made by your pancreas. It is important to your body as it helps to lower the amount of sugar in your blood.
Glucose is a sugar that is the main way your cells get energy. Glucose comes from the food you eat and from your liver. Your liver is also where extra glucose is stored. When your blood sugar is low, like if you haven’t eaten for awhile, the liver will let go of some of this stored glucose and help put your levels in a normal range.
In both of these types of Diabetes, your cells become resistant to insulin. Your pancreas can’t make enough insulin to make a difference, so sugar again builds up in your bloodstream.
Being overweight is a big link to the development of type 2 diabetes, but genetic and environmental factors play a role, as well.
Why pH Imbalance is important to balance glucose levels
The liver, pancreas and kidney are all vital organs in the body which regulate blood glucose levels in our blood. pH imbalance triggers excess acid build-up in the body which damages these vital organs. This imbalance also affects our hormones, sleep, and immune system.
There are many things we do that can help balance our pH levels. These include:
- Eating more green, leafy vegetables
- Minimizing processed foods, including alcohol, caffeine, fried foods, sugary foods, and those with unhealthy fats
- Adding natural Vitamin C through foods or even that in supplements
- Reducing stress
- Green juicing
- Consistent, moderate exercise
- Avoiding smoking cigarettes
Inconsistent eating patterns can cause poor pH balance, and also stress the pancreas as it has to deal with big surges and dives in our blood glucose levels. We should aim to eat 3-4 meals daily, with the largest being at breakfast, and the smallest at dinner.
Traditional Diabetes Treatment
Traditional methods of treating diabetes depend on what type of diabetes you have. No matter what condition you are diagnosed with, having a healthy diet, keeping a healthy weight, and taking part in regular exercise are necessary.
Blood sugar monitoring, taking insulin, and oral medications and prescriptions are often involved with diabetes treatment. However, a lot of times the actual cause is not addressed but rather the medicines cover up and treat the symptoms.
While these different traditional medicines can somewhat help with the symptoms, they can also have very harmful side effects. Some of these include:
- Upset stomach
- Skin rash
- Weight gain
- Fatigue
- Dizziness
- Gas
- Bloating
- Diarrhea
- Swelling of the legs or ankles
Fortunately, there is another way of treating the condition of diabetes.
